Please update your "AidVantage" website, so people can make payments. I have used four different computers, 2 different operating systems, and 3 different phones and receive the same message everytime. "The page was not displayed because the request entity is too large." I have cleared my cache and did all the troubleshooting things listed. Spoke to Yolanda a couple of days ago on chat, and she was not helpful at all! #FAFSA I asked for the IT department to look at it, and I doubt she forwarded the request. This has been happening for over a week.

@FAFSA @TimAndros but why is a 2025-2026 form under review when the form was completed and processed last year? having this same issue and trying to enroll in a new school for the month of May and no ability to edit it.

@FAFSA My 2025-2026 form is “under review”. The contact person at students.gov said that several people have this problem and don’t know when it will be fixed. Can you get me a better answer? All I need to do is add a school.

@joegrdoyle requests or contacting your loan servicer will not speed up the process. The PSLF buyback program is managed directly by the Department of Education, not your loan servicer. You will receive an automated email confirming receipt of your request, and if you are eligible, you 2/3

@FAFSA @usedgov My wife submitted her PSLF buyback request January 2025…15 months ago. Still no agreement sent and even worse, no one from the Dept. of Ed can even provide a status update. What gives? You should be embarassed. @HawleyMO @SenEricSchmitt
