@forthepeople I became a client of your firm in December 2024. Your firm requested the info needed to contact my medical providers, and I emailed it in December 2024. Why did your firm ask me 9 months later for the same information and 11 months later today still dont have the medical records?

@forthepeople I switched to your firm in Dec 2024, and I provided all the necessary information for your firm to acquire my medical records. It’s November 2025, and a couple of months ago, your firm requested the same information I provided in 2024. Still no records, Unethical.

@Uber, please fix your insurance cost. It's only a matter of time before drivers start pushing a class action. A full-time Uber driver can end up with a $ 2,000/month deduction from the total customer fare when a private commercial insurance policy costs $300 per month.

@Uber_Support Hey, I think there should be a set fee for uber commercial insurance. The way your uber insurance works is headed to a class action sue. Commercial insurance is about 300$ a month. Uber insurance deducts 2k+ a month from the total customer fare as full time driver.
