@DrKylePenn @shanesnow I was amazed the owner of a local restaurant wanted feedback about how the store ran in the evening after he left. I felt bad giving him bad feedback but I saw him make positive changes based on this feedback. It changed the way I looked at our system w/o taking it personally.
