@GailSimone It just took ahold of me in a very real way and i felt as if I was bein wayched over. In some ways I feel maybe Batman was watching over Mr. Conroy too. It means so much to me to know he's like me and Finding Batman. I felt seen by hero... Kevin Conroy.

@GailSimone I was not aware he was like me until I read Finding Batman. I cried my eyes out so much. It was like he'd been my guatdian angel almost. Like that was why there was this certain wuality and why I connected to his Batman that way. I also just felt everything in Finding Batman.

@GailSimone 1) Clan of the Fiery Cross It's the few times I enjoy a really Jingoistic Superman. Because he's even more antiracist in his Jingoism. It's beautiful and powerful for 1946 radio! I love it and recommend everyone track it down.

@MagsVisaggs Break and rebuild is also intriguing! I've been digging in hard to a sort of "recast" FFVI and have really been reflecting on not just how exciting someone like Dani Malloy is ;p but just how much seeing a beloved character as.. well you can be. Go Mags Go!

@BStokersStroker @thatblakefella I remember thinkin 1998 Godzilla(saw it at home in 05) looked like my toy and the movies I remembered seein on tv in the 80s. I swear they alluded to a 1954 incident in the film. I might be misremembering but I really did enjoy the film when I saw it.

@thatblakefella IDK if this is a hot take, but... 😬 that film lowkey slapped, from the acting to the quickly paced but scary AF chase scenes. Did it feel more like a dinosaur film than Godzilla at times? Sure, but it's unmistakably Kaiju and introduced *a lot* of people to Gojira of old

@thatblakefella *Superior Design. I am glad I was not in a position to notice the dinosaur style at the time. I thought it was a really fun movie at the time. I think anybody who says a gigantic Beast that eats Nukes can't mutate needs to lighten up.

@thatblakefella I really enjoyed the hell out of the film loved the audio commentary and Tatsoupolous being Immortalized in the GMK universe. However, Godzilla 1954 with Ishiro Honda's Nature Documentary/Disaster Film style night shots is a super design. (mainly cause G1998 looks Jurassic Park)
