@DVSA_HelpMe My theory test from January was rescheduled until June 4th due to lockdown. I received an email out the blue now saying it is cancelled for June 4th?! Why?! I didn't request a cancellation. Have tried phoning, both times the line just hangs up. Please help.

@curryspcworld I have been waiting since January 17th for a refund that would take "3-5 days". After chatting with 5 customer service chats online, I am still told "within 72 hours" which has now been nearly 2 months? Looking for a solution please.
