@panicartstudios @86ed_ The mobile version has way too many issues to list out clearly. I can only suggest you try it for yourself. Don’t use a controller—play with touch controls instead. Once you try it, you’ll see just how disappointing your own game really is.

@panicartstudios @86ed_ Haven’t you even played the mobile version? Don’t you have an Android phone? You wouldn’t just abandon it after porting it over, would you? Have you never actually tried the mobile version? Or do you not play mobile games at all? Don’t you know what’s wrong with your own game?

@panicartstudios I also bought the official version on Steam, but I’ve never gotten to play it because I don’t have a computer.

@panicartstudios The game keeps crashing and lagging after just a few minutes of play, locked at around only 20 FPS. I’ve been forced to stick with the old version 6.5.7 from the end of Season 5.

@panicartstudios Can you fix the lag? There were no issues at all before Season 6, but ever since then, the game keeps lagging and crashing. You can’t just focus on other platforms — the mobile version needs proper attention too! We mobile players spend money on the game too, and it’s not cheap.

@panicartstudios After resetting my attributes, I have hundreds of points to allocate, but I can only add them one by one manually instead of holding the button to add continuously. This process is extremely slow and tedious. Is there any way to speed this up or add a bulk allocation feature?

We are aware of all the login queues and issues with items, merchants etc. We are working to resolve these issues, but it requires some time to get everything done properly. And I emphasize PROPERLY because it is of utmost importance that these systems are done with care, otherwise we can end up with even bigger issues. Here is a statement by our Server Technician: We have identified two main issues that were overlooked prior to the season launch: A bottleneck with the traffic on the "Main"" server that the game communicates with from time to time, especially right after login. This can cause the unfortunate black loading screen right after getting in from a queue that's way too long. The other culprit is related to the long queues as well: We (as in I, the dumb sysadmin) didn't anticipate such a huge portion of the old playerbase coming back to the launch. While this player redemption is a good thing and tells us we're doing something right, there is one thing we didn't do at all; offer migration. Mostly affected regions are Europe 1, Americas 1 and Asia 1. Other Login regions seem to be doing fine. We'll be working over the weekend to address these issues as priority number one. You can expect free account migration from the bloated servers (via HSPortal) and way better performance with the main server as soon as possible. We do not want to make empty promises, but this I promise: we do everything we physically can to get these in early next week, hopefully Monday. - Tom Please be patient, we will solve this!

We will be doubling the power/capacity of our main server, so there will be a roughly 30-60min maintenance.

@panicartstudios I can't wait any longer to try the new version. The previous one kept crashing and lagging, making it impossible to play.

So the amount of players seems to have completely exceeded our expectations. This is just for STEAM, and then there is the PS5 and mobile players. We are currently analyzing and adding capacity.

I know season 9 isnt out yet but I am too excited so I need to share the season 10 uber boss I am going to make, its going to be Papa Legba, and oh boy does it have a unique gimmick to it. Just need to find the right voice actor for him🔥🔥🔥
