@shameekc @ShaanVP if you're in a fasted state your insulin sensitivity should be better and any rapid changes should recover quickly as well.. how long did the spike continue? Were there any secondary spikes? How do your normally respond to caffeine, sugar, almond milk in isolation @ShaanVP ?

@shameekc @ShaanVP @ShaanVP it seems unlikely to be a direct insulin spike from just the sugar content.. agree with @shameekc likely to be an adrenaline trigger that would make sense for high insulin spike..

So weird. My wife asked me to sip her boba tea to check if they used the right milk. Look at this glucose spike from ONE SIP. That can’t be right, right? Would the body react to one sip this aggressively?
