@DavidSandow1 @AlexBallhausen @bugs_are_us Yes spot on Alex. We also didn’t do a great job of maintaining that particular machines wheel tracks. We held off irrigating waiting for Alfred’s rain. It’s a bit later David but we have pulled the profile down and now just dribbling a bit on.

@AlexBallhausen @farmingwithtom @bugs_are_us Is it normal for you people to be watering this late? We just finished our last (11th) flood irrigation south of Hay. New to cotton ( hobby farmers 🤣) and always thought north would be miles ahead time wise.

@Tedthekelpie The trams are not exactly east, north etc. it’s just the general direction they head. Roughly east = east

Does anyone have a simple solution to making sure an airseeder travels the same direction up a tram every year?

Goondi bloke Wal Taylor made a donation to the RFDS of a fully kitted out King air on behalf of his old school mates. Wally is a very humble knock around bloke you see at the footy and has done a lot for our district. He’s not a skite so I thought I’d better on his behalf

It is very satisfying to see clay coming up to be mixed with the non wetting sand. Production should be increased very significantly.

Another BIG FAT LIE is that there is over extraction. Water use is declining & well under the Basin Plan limits.

@tanya_plibersek if the Gov't don't believe there is any economic harm for communities from buy backs or returning Over Recovered water as a result of excessive buy backs (Macq Valley), then why did you need to remove the socio economic tests from the legislation? @DavidPocock

A win for the “upper Murrumbidgee” at huge cost and loss for the remainder of the Murray-Darling Basin. Complementary methods ok for that part by has allowed buybacks for the rest #hypocrisy

Huge win for the incredible Murrumbidgee River today! Thanks to the Ngunnawal who’ve been caring for the river for thousands of years and the many people who’ve been advocating for better flows and care of the river for decades ❤️
