lemme rephrase this. i didn’t state that most of it does because obviously, it doesnt. but london slang is derived from carribean slang. so is fairs. i think i would know since im chinese-carribean and english and have visited my home country multiple times and heard slang i would also hear at home being casually used regardless of the race of the person. and i have also lived in london my entire life. saying that doesn’t take away from the beauty of british slang, it only adds onto the uniqueness we have as a nation already, and it brings us together. so really, its not that deep..
