I guess you didn't see the video, and I don't have it anymore. She was trying to peel out but was slipping on a patch of ice but then rushed out. The agent started drawing his weapon when she revved the engine to leave in a rush because she had been ordered out of the car to be arrested. Knowing this her partner yelled for her to go. She hit the agent as he fired his weapon. BTW: Not vigilantes like some of the citizens of Minnesota, but lawful agents of the United States!!
