SafeHandoff replaces that with automation. → Set a check-in timer before any potentially risky situation, and if you don’t check in, an alert is automatically sent to your emergency contact with your details. → It also introduces a duress phrase—a secret word you can say out loud to silently trigger an alert, without raising suspicion.
