I love saying “no” to food i want because it gives me more power and the mirror always shows

I try to think, “ the harder it is to resist, the better the reward” because let’s say u crave a yummy burger. as soon as u deny yourself the burger, you gain far more power and control compared to something u didn’t really care for. I can look in the mirror and be proud
