Hi Mark. No, Riverlane and Xanadu are entirely distinct companies with different technical focuses and business models. 
Riverlane builds quantum error-correction software (like its Deltaflow decoder) that works across multiple hardware platforms, whereas Xanadu develops photonic quantum hardware alongside its PennyLane quantum software framework for machine learning. I hope this helps.
