I'll never forget how the Israelis bombed al-Ahli Arab Hospital in Gaza in October 2023 and the world was shocked and horrified. Israel denied it, saying they would never commit such a heinous crime. Then they went on to bomb every single hospital in Gaza. Now they are doing the same in Lebanon and Iran. The Israelis have bombed at least 128 medical facilities and ambulances across south Lebanon. In Iran, the US and Israel have bombed 25 hospitals and medical centres. In Lebanon, they are committing double tap strikes to kill medics and rescue workers, just as they did in Gaza. Medics are forced to delay their responses. These monsters are normalizing war crimes that were once unthinkable.

E pelo que vejo, quem tem enfatizado a questão política desde o início é a torcida perdedora. Já vi perfil de extrema-direita levantando a questão do pai da AP na cara dura. De resto, esse papo de eleição é igual aquela galera que associa vitória da seleção com governo reeleito.

Minha breve passagem (em outros perfis) por essa bolha de reality me deixou sem qualquer ilusão. A hipocrisia é regra e, para a esmagadora maioria, pautas sociais servem só para justificar afeição ou antipatia parassocial. Mas esse ano o troço parece estar pior que a média. +

Alexander Kluge is one of the cinema’s least acknowledged geniuses. It amazes that after decades, this co-founder of Filmverlag der Autoren and the New German Cinema isn’t a universal household name. His films are ridiculously under-seen anywhere outside a few European settings.

Sobre a rejeição de Lula entre os jovens (segmento no qual ele venceu em 2022): muita conversa sobre redes sociais, fascismo etc. Pouca análise sobre consumo, emprego e, principalmente, um horizonte de expectativas que foi vendido no pleito passado e nem de longe se concretizou.
