My instinct doesn’t lie. Yesterday, I asked my staff in charge of drinks to submit the money in her possession. While checking the sales record, I noticed several loopholes. The figures didn’t add up, and the explanations I got from her didn’t make sense. So I made a decision, I’ve now set up a separate POS for our drinks. That section sells well, and I don’t like mixing it with my main business. It’s better for proper monitoring and accountability. To be honest, drinks and water were never my main focus. I added them because of the leg traffic it brings to our office. Well… today, my dear staff in charge of the drinks has sacked herself. She didn’t come to work today and I’ve noticed a pattern with everyone that I have put in charge of drinks. Once they’re caught, they disappear. Anyway, life goes on. My sister makes the best parfait and yoghurt you’re seeing there.

From someone who has struggled with procrastination all my life let me tell you what happens when you procrastinate ⤵️ First you get the idea, momentum and motivation to do something Next you don’t act immediately, instead you tell yourself “I’ll do it later” In doing that you give your brain the chance to start having doubts, fear kicks in, motivation dies, your mindset starts going into defense mode ( it makes you want to stay comfortable) otherwise not trying out something new And finally you don’t do that thing. This is a subtle reminder to Act when you think, especially if what you thought of was something that can change your life.

Do you know that fear has to do with psychology? Fear is a psychological feelings that can trigger someone's BP to rise.. While you made a valid point, saying it's a must she deliver through Virginia and you don't care if she's afraid or not is totally off. You don't push your woman into such if she's scared, you have no idea what labour pain and labour anxieties feels like.. You have never been to that place, while it sounds so easy, please understand that its not. You don't know anything about Virginia tears .. This is something you calmly discuss with your wife, listen to her and encourage her not by forcing and insisting it's a must.. What happens during labour and childbirth most times is unpredictable. While our doctors and nurses are to do their best, you as the husband have to be considerate when it comes to your wife's choice of delivery.. CS or not, what matters the most is the safety of both your wife and the baby... I hope you understand this..
