I'm making these for all #science topics across the school as an alternative to the usual KWL grids. Aim is for children to fill in at the start of the topic to see what they already know, then as the topic progresses, to add their new learning to it. All questions are from NC.

@TeachWithMissD @miss_page1 We use the story telling approach in our school and all those activities would be good for deepening activities if you have any plans? Have done CCF a few years ago but looking for new inspiration!

@fayoxon @miss_page1 I have lots but it's probably easier if I tell you the writing we did with it: character descriptions, invitations (in the style of the evening bulletin), instructions, poetry and biography (of Roald Dahl). :)
