@fayryan403 That would mean it will be by BACS. You should receive this by the 9th Feb. Just keep an eye on your account. If the date passes and you've not received anything, contact the department directly so they can chase up.

@fayryan403 I know this will be really worrying, and I'm sure it is a simple fix, but I'm not able to check from here. You can log into your EE app and message the team from there also. I know it's not ideal, but they really are the best people to help you.
@EE Hey. I was just speaking with someone as i’ve been trying to switch my account to a personal one for months. The line went dead and now I have no phone signal? Have they cancelled my phone number? Please help I am desperate. I cannot make it receive any phone calls.

@EE I don’t know what she was doing. She said she would help me with my phone contract. Then the phone lost signal and now I have no signal i’ve restarted loads of times. I’ve got no access to another phone right now. Could you please look into what she did???
@fayryan403 Hey Fay, if it was in the process of swapping you shouldn't have lost signal. It's worth restarting the phone, just off and back on. If it's still not working I would advise calling the team back from another line to get this checked, 07953 966 150 from any other phone.
@fayryan403 Bless your dad! This is for Saoirse! I’m using cowash on her because it works well w/r/t moisture but have noticed a flaky scalp so was wondering if it was buildup after I used my own (not for curly hair) scrub & it helped. What would he say to use for her curly headed scalp?
