Received VORYS Letter for CROCS. No IP yet. My issue is a lot of 7-figure sellers such as myself sell but somehow still sell. Any seller was able to get through this? Maybe selling on smaller listings? I have read through online sellers choose to ignore which is something I never done, esp with a VORYs letter.

I have four brands with 30+ Active ASINs, one brand with about 70+ Active ASINs, and two brands where it’s my bread and butter— over 100 Active ASINs. Also just recently built a database for my entire BOLO/ Replens within the last three years using Replit/ Supabase. What a great time to be an Amazon Seller. Golden age imo

Maybe I'm missing it, but I'm shocked that I'm not seeing anyone on here talk about how incredible the Amazon Seller Challenge is for account health violations. I've now used it 4 or 5 times and it's exactly what sellers have wanted for years! Each time I've used it I'll receive a phone call within a few hours and every single time they talk over whats going on and explain what they'll need to see in order to clear the violation. We're talking detailed explanation of "do this and show this" and we can clear it! I just did one this morning and it was cleared from my account health dashboard before I even hung up the phone! This instance was literally just a technical thing that needed to be done on my end in order for them to clear it, but I never would have known that with the copy paste responses I was getting for the last 2 weeks. This mostly solves what's always been the most frustrating part of selling on Amazon.

Amazon raised ungating minimums to 100-400+ units. Even my account with $80M+ in sales gets invoices rejected. So I stopped using invoices altogether. A brand we're exclusively managing just had 2 new sellers hop on the listing. This brand doesn't wholesale and strictly DTC. Would you file a counterfeit complaint with a test buy right away or C&D first? I know what I'm doing but curious what others would do in this situation.

Amazon FBA X has been very quiet since the year started… Did everyone quit? Or are sellers just having a rough start to 2026? Feels very different compared to previous years.

The minute I landed in New York, I felt the depression. Gray skies, drizzling for hours, snow on the ground. If you can succeed with misery looming in the air, you can succeed anywhere. There's a reason why these guys here are savages. The mental fortitude it takes to thrive here is different..

I need to ungate a competitive brand but the only way I’ll be able to meet the 100 unit criteria is through AMAZON BUSINESS I forgot where I heard this but isn’t against seller ToS to use my amazon seller account while creating a AMAZON BUSINESS account? Furthermore, am I in the clear of utilizing AMAZON BUSINESS to meet ungating requirements, using their invoice, then returning the items back? I swore I heard that you can’t use same email from seller account for AMAZON BUSINESS. Inputs appreciated. @SaulSellsStuff @cleartheshelf I feel like you both would know answer so tagging you haha
