@Cam_Leeming @_JessHayden Hi Cam, fortunately I didn’t have any injuries when retiring but can definitely identify with how you’re feeling. Remember all rugby players retire eventually and all deal with it differently. Reach out to other ex-sports people and join networks like RPA and LAPS. Good luck.

Overall the studies are inconclusive on headgear. Your 2nd point could be valid,but it doesn’t solve the micro concussions issue.
