The gap between those Clubs and ones with financial and human resources is ever growing.

Another casualty in Scotland this week has come in the form of BSC Glasgow. The club informed the West of Scotland Football League that they can't fulfil their fixtures, and will be folding with immediate effect. As a result they've been expunged from the league along with their fixtures. There's been a lot of rumours, conjecture and nonsense around BSC Glasgow's decision to fold. There hasn't been much communication or clarity so far, so we'll wait for that coming out. In 2021, BSC Glasgow were formed after a split with Broomhill FC, the Lowland League side who folded last year. BSC started again, re-beginning life in Division 4 of the West of Scotland League. Despite these difficulties, volunteers and staff at the club have worked tirelessly over the last few years to keep the club afloat, and we're devastated for them.
