Here we go again, I ordered some medical supplies, @FedEx was supposed to deliver, rang my bell, and I was in the laundry room.
I got outside, as the van pulled away, no parcel.
Checked my camera, the Driver didn't even have my package in his hands.
The picture isn't even of my house, it's open and I couldn't see if all of my products were in it.
Filed a report, but you know I'm not getting my stuff.
Never use @fedex if you can avoid them.

@FedEx. Why do you think your driver can drive thru my yard and pull onto my driveway ? Absolutely ridiculous, unprofessional, and lazy. There is no excuse for this.
@FedEx. But I need to be home when you say it may be delivered because it requires a signature. According to the updated tracking page, the item is still 300 miles away. You knew this morning it would not get to me... yet you mess with me all day long.

@FedEx@Chewy I've spoken to both about this situation on the phone and online. Nothing productive has been done about it but apologies. I've resolved it myself and had everything routed to a local store for me to pick up and if I have to do that then I will use a local service.

@FedEx how does a company that's in possession of a package just stop tracking pass it off to the USPS and never update the tracking for the customer that sent the package you are ass backwards FedEx and I no longer will ever use you again your customer service is Shotty at best

and 1 Foam finger
