This was West Virginia’s 3rd straight Super Regional. In the prior two, WVU got swept. But this one was in Morgantown. And now, for the FIRST TIME EVER, the Mountaineers are going to play in the College World Series. Take ‘em home. Cue the music.

Let's do a little math. Brett Yormark is going to the open market rather than an extension with Fox and ESPN in 2030. His goal is to hit 50 to 65 million per member. Let's say that the sake of argument FSU, Miami, UNC and Clemson do leave the ACC. Assuming that the Big Ten gets their mega deal done and the SEC is waiting for their payday. What teams left in the ACC would warrant getting 50 to 60 million dollars? Networks do not have an unlimited budget they're definitely not going to overpay.
