The incident occurred around 1:15 p.m. near North 10th Street and Kent Avenue, where the teen had reportedly climbed the structure to take social media photos overlooking the NYC skyline. Authorities said officers responded to a 911 call and found the teen critically injured after the fall. He was transported to Bellevue Hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
