Hey @VirginAtlantic This is literally theft. We Booked premium seats. You changed my flight now the flight you moved us too only has economy and we are still paying full premium. How is that even legal? That is called stealing. No one on phone is helping or can explain.

Could someone please DM me with written confirmation of our cabin and seats, and review whether an appropriate goodwill gesture can be offered for the time, stress and confusion this caused?
