After nearly a decade, I’m moving on from Twitter today. I made lifelong friends & had my two kiddos while I was there. It’s definitely time to go, but feeling nostalgic about so many fun memories with the best coworkers and clients anyone could ask for.

@broadwaybabyto @Timber_MT Look into Chronic Inflammatory Response syndrome (CIRS). There are blood tests that can confirm it, and it can cause POTS, anxiety, fatigue etc. There are treatments to help keep symptoms in check

@Timber_MT It also helps to keep the legs are strong as possible - because you can train the muscles to do what the blood vessels won’t. I do ankle pumps and calf raises from bed whenever I can. Has she tried any electrolyte drinks like liquid IV, LMNT or salt pills like Vitassium?
