Ok, time to point out a few things: I'm very privileged to access Disney, Universal and other parks with huge frequency. Before living in Orlando, I felt that the criticisms were very frequent and as a local, I discovered that this is... a reality. Prob because: more time +

In the end, the final point is is that I pay these passes with a HUUUUGE happiness (that's another privilege!). Even with happiness, I don't forget that I spent thousands of dollars in those parks every year, so sometimes It's part of the journey to demand a good experience. 🩵

There are cultural/infrastructure/service differences, but there are many people involved who make a difference. For them, I will pay attention to further reduce some critics!

But, the castle: taking Disney as a reference, don't you have any thoughts about how can this refurb should be a little less "invasive" to the visual experience?

@felipesversion @UniversalORL Then why complain about Hogwarts Castle being refurbished, Velocicoaster being delayed? That's normal things that happen at a theme park. When my wife and I went back in 2023, Velcicoaster was delayed multiple times.

@themeparkexec @UniversalORL Hi, Fred! Totally agree with you. I even deleted my tweet because I know it some things were really desorganized, but I can honestly tell that the janitors were trying hard and I know that it's not an easy job, specially on a warm sunday after Spring Break.

@AuthorDWC @UniversalORL time there. Around 150 visits in less than 1.5 year. Maybe that's the reason why I'm seeing the differences so clearly and I'm so happy to pay, whenever the price is, if I'm receiving a good experience.
Universal, today, failed with that. And, I didn't need to ask for nothing.
