I'm a big believer in website design that takes into account Jakob's Law:
"Users spend most of their time on other sites. This means that users prefer your site to work the same way as all the other sites they already know."
By leveraging existing frameworks, we make experiences that users inherently understand and enjoy. The rest of the internet are building blocks for how we can present interesting ideas for our brands.
As more and more users navigate to websites from social media, we can create shopping experiences that mimic how they engage on social.
This example is from the Pink Friday site from @TheVaanGroup -- watch the swipeable story carousel, with time of media playing out on top, and clips that mimic short form video. All are directly shoppable to the product featured.

Hit 300k on Instagram today with my personal brand, top things I’ve learned:
Consistency - you don’t need to post post 5-7x a week to have videos succeed, but you should if you want to grow consistently and make money. This is what separates the people I know winning from the people I know who are doing just okay
Format changes - if you’re not trying new things you’re going to stall out, and doing 1 or 2 videos isn’t enough to validate success
Appearance - clothes, lighting, fitness and general demeanor is super overlooked, happy and good looking content is important if people see your face every day
Stories & channels - is where you stop being a value or entertainment form and start being a real person people look up to and find kinship with
Repeat content- topics and ideas that work should get cycles in repeatedly so that as your audience grows they find your hits
100k will change your life - 100k+ followers on Instagram in a professional niche will command you serious salary negotiating power when you work, and ensure if you want to you never have to have a real job again
Diversification - piece of mind comes from success on multiple networks, my email list and YouTube channel are both growing from being promoted on Instagram, and help mitigate risk as a creator. Relentless cross-promotion works, as long as you’re driving user value
Thanks to anyone whose watched or liked one of my videos, I hope to keep paying back the value to y’all that I have received 🙏
