Have you heard of c40 Cities yet? c40.org By 2030, these cities—including Austin, Houston, and Philly—are aiming at an "ambitious target" of ZERO meat or dairy consumption, among other crazy things, like only buying three garments a year and almost no flights.

Beautiful downtown Buda, Texas, in the 1930s. The town was originally named Du Pre when it was platted in 1881 but, after six years of being known as Du Pre, the United State Postal Service discovered that another town had been established as Du Pre, before the year 1881 and required Du Pre change its name. Nobody knows for sure why they changed it to Buda, but the most popular idea is that Buda is derived from the Spanish word viuda, which translates to widow. The town had gained a reputation as a popular eating and rest stop for rail travelers. The name may refer to a pair of widows who cooked at the Carrington Hotel in the 1880s. Gas is down more than $1.70 from its peak. That adds up to around $180 a month for a typical family – that’s money in your pocket, not spent at the pump.

Can someone please tell me why players try and drop the ball or in the case (cardinal game) throw the ball as close to the goal line as they can? Wouldn’t think holding the ball 4-5 yards into the end zone would be that big of a deal.
