@Paul17995136 @Everton Sliding doors moment: Arsenal choose Ancelotti and so Arteta joins Everton as manager in December 2019. What would have happened at each club since? I think Arteta would still be with us and we’d never have made the mistakes that caused us to overspend and fight relegation.

@ferninho @Everton As a manager he’s a bit like marmite, you either like him or hate him. He wouldn’t come to us unless we were in the CL. I don’t like his style or his attitude but like I said earlier, he was a great player for us.

@Paul17995136 @Everton I like him personally. He’s very defensive of his players and he brings the attention onto himself when things are not going well and takes the pressure off his players, rather than throwing them under the bus. He learnt that from Moyes and then Wenger.

But Paterson has been held back, although injuries haven’t helped, and it looks like he’s improved defensively. In the past Young players had to bide their time in reserves. So why not?

@F0reverEvert0n We don't see training. It's possible Aznou isn't doing what he needs to do on and off the training ground to earn minutes. That's usually what it boils down to. Easy to assume he's a better option. How do we know? Moyes has seen him far more often than us.

All Everton posts gone. I don’t blame him, he was a breath of fresh air against Sunderland and deserves a chance.

Another day, another stabbing. We need to GET REAL - I am sick of it, we are all sick of it. This is not the Britain I want to live in. The British state needs to brutally crack down on knife crime, and I mean brutally. That is exactly what Restore Britain would do. No more bullshit community work or soft punishment. Enough is enough. Instant deportation for foreign nationals found carrying. Throw the book at the domestic ones. Found unlawfully carrying? A Restore Britain Government would crack down on you in the harshest possible manner. Minimum prison sentences - zero excuses. The message has to be simple. DO NOT CARRY A KNIFE UNLAWFULLY. If you are found with a machete or whatever else, you will go to prison. End of story. Stop and search introduced on a proper scale. Accusations of racism would not stop us, I can promise you that. Do that, on the scale required, and watch how quickly the knife crime epidemic stops. There is finally a political party with the balls to do what needs to be done to protect the British people. Restore Britain.

Dyche did well to keep us up and I was disappointed we got Moyes, but somehow he’s got us 8th. Moyes will build a squad a project manager can use when he calls it a day in a few years time.
