@DrJenGunter Get new shoes! Amazing new foam in almost all the brands. A good running coach will start you with walking interspersed with easy short (1’) jogs. You will progress faster than you think but need to give joints, tendons and muscles some time to catch up. No easy way!

I stopped running about 4 years ago. Not really sure why, but it happened. I’m having trouble getting started again at age 56. Any tips?
