In the end, HuGo have done a great job, everybody misses on some picks, maybe Reinbacher is a late bloomer, and the rebuild isn’t dependant on him anyways.
But how much more evidence do you need that the organization doesn’t think highly of him

Media is gonna try to frame this as “trying to do right for Reinbachers development” but HUGE red flag that ur only other consistent RD goes down and your top 5 pick in his D+3 isn’t the only thought for a call up. This is a playoff team now. They pick call ups based on winning
