आख़िरकार… धर्मेंद्र प्रधान को प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी को अपना इस्तीफ़ा भेजना ही पड़ा।
मैंने पहले भी कहा थ,
कुछ दिन और लगेंगे, लेकिन धर्मेंद्र प्रधान का इस्तीफ़ा आएगा।
यह सिर्फ़ एक मंत्री का इस्तीफ़ा नहीं…
जवाबदेही की शुरुआत है।
अब कोई यह नहीं कह पाएगा कि
"हमारी सरकार में इस्तीफ़ा नहीं होता।"
अब जवाबदेही भी तय करनी होगी और दोषियों पर कार्रवाई भी करनी होगी।
यह जनता का साफ़ संदेश है कि कोई अधिकारी, मंत्री या नेता अपनी जिम्मेदारी और जवाबदेही से नहीं बच सकता ,चाहे उसे सत्ता का संरक्षण मिले या विपक्ष का समर्थन। लोकतंत्र में सबसे बड़ा संरक्षण सिर्फ़ जनता के विश्वास का होता है।
छात्रों और जनता की आवाज़ आखिरकार सत्ता तक पहुँची
जिसे न चाहते हुए भी या मजबूरी में, स्वीकार करना ही पड़ा।

संघ और भाजपा के चाटुकारों को यह बकचोदी तुरंत बंद कर देनी चाहिए कि अब पंजाब और कर्नाटक के शिक्षा मंत्रियों का त्यागपत्र लेना चाहिए। मुझे यह बताओ कि ABVP वाले UGC के समय से जो निठल्लों की तरह सो रहे हैं, उनका गठन किस हेतु हुआ था?
इनके छात्र संगठन (और इनके स्वयं में भी) जुड़ने वाले लोगों का केवल एक ही उद्देश्य रह गया है: किसी तरह से राजनीति में घुस जाना। इनका ना तो कोई चरित्र है, ना विचारधारा है, ना आत्मसम्मान है।
ऊपर से नीचे तक ऐसे रीढ़हीन लोग भर चुके हैं कि किसी को कोर वोटर्स या कोर विषयों की कोई चिंता नहीं है, वो केवल मोदी के नाम की नाव पार उतर जाना चाहते हैं। इनके एक भी आनुषंगिक संगठन या राजनैतिक पदस्थापन से बैठे VC अथवा अध्यक्षों ने एक लेख तक नहीं लिखा इस पूरे विषय पर।
अभी भी जो IT सेलिया मोदी-शाह की राजनीति और चुनाव जीतने की क्षमता के गीत गा रहे हैं ना, उनको बता रहा हूँ, तुम्हें UGC की गर्मी अभी तक झेलनी नहीं पड़ी है। उत्तर प्रदेश का चुनाव आ रहा है, और यही अकड़ बनी रही तो तुम्हें 223 सीटें आ जाएँ, वह भी बहुत होंगी।

1.THAT you, the Noticee, are a public figure, stand-up performer, and social media influencer exercising significant reach across various digital media platforms including YouTube, X (formerly Twitter), and Instagram.
1.1 THAT recently, a video recording of your live performance/address was widely broadcast, published, and circulated across social media platforms (specifically available at URL:x.com/i/status/20777…) , archived with digital hash records as per Section 63 of Bharatiya SakshyaAdhiniyam, 2023), wherein you made the following verbatim public statement:
"ये जो सरकार है, ये जो कर रही है, ये बहुत सालों से कर रही है औरहमने देखा है कि ये लोग बस सीता के पति का नाम ले-ले के नीता केपति का काम कर रहे हैं..."
1.2 THAT in the aforesaid public statement, you have knowingly, deliberately, and maliciously drawn an irreverent, derogatory, and satirical comparison involving the highly revered Hindu deity Lord Ram (derogatorily styled as "सीता केपति") to subserve cheap political satire and commercial gains.
2.Your deliberate act of degrading and trivializing the sacred identity of Lord Ram for theatrical entertainment constitutes a premeditated and malicious attempt to insult the religious beliefs of millions of Hindu devotees, fulfilling the essential ingredients of Section 299 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
2.1 By weaponizing religious revered figures in a public forum to incite political cynicism and public outrage, your actions tend to generate ill-will, enmity, and disharmony among different sections of society, directly violating Section 196 of BNS, 2023.
2.2Your public utterances constitute intentional insult with full knowledge that such provocative statements are inherently calculated to disturb public tranquility, induce public mischief, and provoke a breach of peace.
2.3 The electronic transmission, uploading, and monetization of the impugned clip across open digital networks violates Rule 3(1)(b) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, which strictly prohibits hosting content that is objectionable, blasphemous, or offensive to religious sensibilities.
3.THAT your unauthorized, malafide, and irreverent conduct has caused severe emotional trauma, mental agony, and deep personal distress to public , whose religious convictions have been deeply hurt by your calculated attempt to lower the sanctity of divine figures in the public domain.
4. In light of the statutory violations detailed above, you are hereby called upon to strictly comply with the following requisites within FIFTEEN (15) DAYS from the receipt of this Legal Notice:
4.1 Issue a written, unconditional public apology across all your official social media channels (YouTube, X, Instagram) acknowledging the irreverent reference and expressing regret for outraging Hindu religious sentiments.
4.2 Cease and desist from further circulating or broadcasting the impugned clip, and immediately remove/delete the subject video from all digital channels and media hosting platforms under your control.
4.3 Provide a formal written undertaking assuring that you will refrain from making similar disparaging, irreverent, or derogatory references to religious deities in any future public performances or digital broadcasts.

Mr. Kunal, 1. You have, on or around 15 July 2026, during a protest/event organised by the “Cockroach Janta Party” at Jantar Mantar, Delhi, made and circulated a highly offensive, derogatory, and blasphemous statement in a video speech. 2. In the said video (also uploaded/covered by HNP News at youtube.com/watch?v=WbEOzA…), you deliberately uttered words to the effect: “Sita ke pati ka naam le lekar Nita ke pati ka kaam kar rahe hain” (and elaborated in a similar mocking and irreverent tone). 3. The tone, context, and delivery clearly demonstrate mockery and contempt. Screenshots of the video are annexed for your reference. 5. You may criticise the Government on any issue you want, but using the sacred names of our Deities in such a manner cannot be allowed. You are expected to refrain from using the sacred names of our Deities in such a manner. 6. You are a comedian and public figure. While you have the right to criticise the policies or actions of the Government of India (which I and many others do not object to), you have absolutely no right to use the names of our sacred Deities casually, mock them, or make fun of them for the sake of cheap laughs, political point-scoring, or sensationalism. This is not satire, it is a deliberate insult to the religious beliefs and sentiments of millions of Hindus. 7. Comments on the video and across social media by thousands of Hindus clearly show that the religious sentiments of thousands of Hindus, including me, have been deeply hurt. 8. Your actions squarely attract the offences punishable under: - Section 299 BNS (Deliberate and malicious acts intended to outrage religious feelings) - Section 196/197 BNS (Promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion / Defamation) and other relevant provisions, r/w provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000. 9. You are hereby called upon to take note of the Hon’ble Supreme Court’s binding Order dated 28.04.2023 passed in Ashwini Kumar Upadhyay vs. Union of India (W.P.(C) No.943/2021), wherein the Apex Court has directed all States/UTs to register suo moto FIRs against acts that outrage religious feelings, without waiting for any formal complaint, irrespective of the religion or status of the offender. Failure to act by authorities shall amount to contempt of the Supreme Court. DEMANDS: You are hereby directed to: a) Immediately delete the offending video, all its copies, and related posts from all digital platforms within 48 hours of receipt/notice of this Legal Notice. b) Issue a public unconditional apology on your X handle @kunalkamra88 (and other prominent platforms) for hurting the religious sentiments of Hindus by misusing the names of Bhagwan Shri Ram and Maa Sita. c) Undertake in writing that you shall refrain from any further acts of using sacred Hindu Deities’ names casually or in a mocking/derogatory manner. Since you yourself talk about morality and shame in your statement, we expect the same standards from you. We urge you to take back your words on Bhagwan Ram and Sita Mata and tender a public apology. Please take notice that in case you fail to comply with the above demands within the stipulated time, I shall be constrained to: * Initiate appropriate criminal proceedings against you before the competent Court of law; * File complaints before the Police for registration of FIR as per the Supreme Court directions; and * Take all other legal remedies available to me under the law, including civil suit for damages. Our Government remains 100% committed to discussing NEET and addressing every genuine concern of our youth on the floor of the House.
