@FiberonDecking I wrote you on 3/25 and it’s now been a few weeks and I haven’t received a call about my warranty complaint. Who can I call to resolve my issue? It’s been way too long to resolve this warranty claim.

@FiberonDecking I am in contact with your warranty department (Ashleigh Morris). It has been over 8 months of lack of communication on Ashleigh’s part and I still have no resolution. She will offer me one amount and then change it. Who can I speak with to resolve this matter? Thx

@TimWilliamsCPA HI Tim, Thank you for posting about your ongoing concern. As the corner posts are regrettably out of stock until December, we did previously advise that you can use an end post and a spare set of hardware to create a corner post so you may finish your project. Hope this helps!

As we go into winter, my deck is still incomplete. No railing. @FiberonDecking and @HomeDepot still cannot deliver 2 corner posts. So month 4 starts. If anyone is doing a deck project stay away from these companies. No problem resolution team to end this.

@TimWilliamsCPA HI Tim, After checking, corner posts will not be available until December. You can use an end post and a spare set of Traditional line brackets to create a corner post to complete your project. E-mail us at info@fiberondecking.com, we can provide you with the SKU's needed.

@FiberonDecking You need a problem resolution office. CitySide 2 1/2”x 2 1/2” x 36” Traditional Corner Post two. 4 were shipped to HD Store 1085. Shipped back to someone, just not in your inventory. HD would not let me have them, now there are some posts somewhere.

@FiberonDecking if anyone in America is looking to do a decking project…DO NOT USE FIBERON. My deck was finished, my railing system ordered Aug 29. Received wrong posts. Now have to wait 9 weeks, when the snow is falling to get my corner posts.

@FiberonDecking I’ve spoken to your customer service 6-7 times. The latest info is your company has no idea when or if the posts will be back in stock. Therefore my deck which was completed early September will not have a railing until late dec or 2024. Maybe someone can get a handle on this.

Part 2:The Ask.There is hope: while the product is discontinued there is stock in @HomeDepot locations, but no longer inventoried in their system. Our only hope is individual locations physically checking the floor inventory, explained to us by both @HomeDepot and @FiberonDecking

@OrePacProducts What have you done to deal with the non removable discoloration that this decking seems prone to? We have battled ours for five years. And have basically thrown in the towel. @FiberonDecking

@craig11935 Bob, We checked under Awesome Decks and the street address they list on their website, but there are no warranty claims. Please either complete the warranty request at the link we sent or give our Customer Care team a call at 1-800-573-8841 so we can look into this issue.

@umdstu Building materials are in very high demand right now and dealers are having a hard time keeping items in stock. You'll need to check with your local store to see their availability and lead times for special order if they are out of stock.
