Me last week outside the old Finsbury Park Rainbow — I loved that place. Saw great bands there in the late 70s incl Clash, Jam, Ramones, Buzzcocks, Joy Division. This Saturday we celebrate London’s Lost Music Venues. What were your favourites & why? And who did you see there?

Wow! I have just read #SympathyTowerTokyo by @qudanrie. A high concept novel that explores sociological issues through a dystopian/utopian narrative. A book that explores what it is to be human. It asks: what is freedom? what is thought? What is right? What is wrong? A panoptical novel that made me think about my own life by reflecting my own opinions and thoughts back at myself. Reminiscent of 1984 by Orwell. A one sit read. Loved it.
