@FidelisCare might just be the worst insurance carrier ever. The battles are endless. A drug that i already take that they approve they won’t approve when my MD prescribes a higher dose!!! I swear I’m pulling all of my 225 employees off of this plan next year!! #MedicalTruth

@FidelisCare My care manager is Raymond. For some reason he claims he isn't receiving my MQ-11 Form. So, I requested a fax number that I can have the form sent to immediately to prevent my home care services from being interrupted. My clinic had also confirmed immediately once it was sent directly to his fax number. Why is my home care service still cut off? My caretaker is now not able to clock in and unable to get paid for her work. Please investigate this manner.

Congratulations to @FidelisCare for distinguishing performance in prior authorization denials. Fidelis will not approve 15 pills of antibiotics (Azithromycin) because it has a "maximum" of 4 pills per "fill." Fidelis non-practicing Medical Directors know more about how to treat complex infections than "worker-bee" physicians.... Right.... no one ever wants to be treated by Insurance Medical Directors. The cost of an antibiotic: $10-$15 without insurance. The patient has the Fidelis Essential plan and is now paying out-of-pocket anyway!

@NewYorkStateAG big trouble at unscrupulous @WellcarePlans @FidelisCare sales rep O Hernandez baited and tried to switched us. Now we have no plan for 2026. Dozens of phone calls later and no resolution just a lot of double talk. Hernandez refused to respond to many calls.
