@bookingcom it's been 3 months now and still no refund for the booking made due to YOUR error. And just to add insult to injury I've also been scammed by someone posing as your Customer Services. PLEASE can someone help me!

Doubling down on this - do not EVER use @bookingcom for flights - has to be the single worst customer service of all time. Actually quite funny how bad it is.

@bookingcom I wish I had seen this earlier ive been scammed by someone saying they're your customer services. This saga just goes from bad to worse. I don't use twitter so I don't understand it. I only used it as I was DESPERATE for you to take action. I can't cope with this.

Hi there, we never ask for your payment information on the phone and we do not offer customer service on WhatsApp. We always recommend checking that you are speaking with a verified account on social media; whether it is us or another business. You will usually see a tick next to a verified account: - Twitter has a yellow tick, which highlights that an account is verified because it's an official organization on Twitter. - Facebook has a blue tick which shows that Facebook has confirmed that this profile is authentic. - Instagram also has a blue tick showing the account is verified. If you are unsure, you can check how long the profile has been active, the number of followers and any previous posts made. This will help you work out if the account is legitimate. As availability is managed by the property, they have to find you another place if they loaded their inventory incorrectly. Alternatively, they have to tell us so we can step in. Reaching out to us (especially by phone) on arrival day during the property's official check in hours, allows us to do our best to help to minimize any inconveniences. If you change your mind and share your booking details via DM, we will look into this for you. Kind regards

@bookingcom @HelpDesk_5X Do you have a problem with your clocks ? Or is it a training issue? Your staff seem to be struggling to understand the difference between "5 minutes" and 5 days. FYI I've been waiting 67 days now for you to refund me for YOUR mistake...

@bookingcom I went through all this with your Claim Help Desk several times last week and was told on successive days that the refund would be in my account as cleared funds in 5 minutes. Nothing, and no contact either now.

@bookingcom 🚨DONT TRUST🚨 5mins away from the hotel I booked they called to say no rooms were available so I had to pull over and frantically book another hotel. Sent numerous emails since and STILL waiting for a refund over a month later 😡
