Douglas Alexander interviewed on Radio Scotland Breakfast again this morning and yet again he is interviewed by Laura Maciver. How is it possible for the same Labour politician to get the same softer interviewer of two almost every time? What stood out again was the complete lack of interruptions when compared with SNP interviews this last few days. Alexander went into lengthy monologues frequently prefixed with his catchphrase "in that sense". He was allowed to ramble on. The boilerplate questions helped him. Time and again we see softer interviews for Labour politicians. Fewer interruptions. No hectoring. Boilerplate questions.

hearts losing the league is a blow to the credibility of Scottish football. Every neutral should be depressed by it remaining a league only 2 teams ever win

Josh Simons, staunch Zionist, LFI member, dodgy ex leader of right wing Labour Together, smearer of leftie MPs and journalists, stands down to let Burnham have a shot. Doesn't say much for Burnham if Simons thinks he would be a safe pair of hands to take over

They can keep Burnham the ‘moaning Manc.’ An English unionist and protectionist residing over a city with some of the worst poverty in England. Deprivation appears to be a London Labour legacy. Sleekit cunts. We’ve taken years to turn this around in Scotland. They are toxic!!!

The documents released by Dorothy Bain show that the practice of updating Govts on high profile cases predates devolution. Yes, the UK Govt used to get updates on high profile legal cases before the public when there was no Scottish parliament. It's how it's always been.

Paul Hutcheon tells BBC Scotland that Scottish Labour want Andy Burnham to replace Keir Starmer because they want someone who understands devolution. So why have they spent the last two years insisting Starmer was good for Scotland when they knew he wasn't? Grangemouth could have been saved if they'd been honest.

ONE pro-independence panelist on Debate Night .. ONE WEEK after Scots voted in 73 MSPs backing Scottish independence! Treating viewers in Scotland with utter disrespect. Getting more like Question Time! What's the point in a Scottish show that ignores Scotland's unique politics.?
