@DeclanKrueger His 4 teammates blew the zone like he had the plague. That sequence was a microcosm of the entire season. Turns out you can’t just flip a switch. 97 will have to decide does he want his buddy, 25, on the team or does he want to win. 20M for 25/2, and neither can defend well… 🤷‍♂️

Evan Bouchard (who I defend and believe was the second most worthy defenceman of the Norris this year) just cost the Oilers their season. Tough.
