@DavidClarkGA Tillery was investigated for 3 years by multiple entities and they all concluded he was innocent. He was not on his phone either the report shows he RECEIVED 2 texts minutes before the crash. Which does not suggest he was on his phone at all. David Clark is a lying loser.
