Yep! Dealing with messages from customers again right now. So how can Royal Mail justify inflating costs of services small businesses use? Etsy continue to mislead on expected delivery times and guess who gets caught in the middle? So sick of this! #MHHSBD

They support is not there and the making commerce human is a joke it's all run by bots human contact is very limited! Our concerns for this should be taken seriously!

I would also say I feel I have a very reliable Post Office and the Post Man is brilliant. Maybe one perk of living in a village? We all know everyone 🤷🏻‍♀️

The customer told me I should alter expected delivery dates - except I cant because Etsy sets those and continues to mislead! #MHHSBD

@RoyalMailHelp Etsy are forcing sellers to change to say they will arrive sooner than they do! We sellers use to have an option to select 7-40 days for overseas which is realistic! then we don't lose money when items are on the way but delayed! Because you RM won't pay until after that time!

@jessheathmua @Etsy It's ridiculous isn't it 8 days to get to a buyer via royal mail and the through customs and then with USPS never arrives in time. Surely its not legal to force us to pick a service even if not using it eg RM when you actually use DPD!

Absolutely mind blowing that @Etsy have removed the 'other' shipping profile and are now guaranteeing customers that overseas shipping takes 3-7 days. We know full well it can take up to 30 days and so now I have to agree to mislead my customers like this and receive tons of...

@FritzLang7 @Etsy Its an utter joke isn't it! @etsy you've screwed up big time. Sellers will leave and buyers will just open cases because the likes of @RoyalMail won't and can't deliver promises let alone post within the time frame!

@Etsy Why have Etsy removed "other" from delivery options? Shipping from the UK, Royal Mail delivery only "aims" to deliver in 3-7 business days. This never ever happens. Now, if an order isn't delivered in 7 days the buyer can claim a refund and keep the item.
