people been mass reporting my posts and got one taken down — got locked for 12 hours. it is what it is, its also understandable anyways. gonna have to tone it down a bit. considering i'm trying to build a personal brand, can't really be posting shit like that anymore unfortunately. the sauce was too strong (most of those posts were when i was drinking lmfao) i also have goals beyond posting sauce, not like i'm doing it for fun posting a backup telegram just incase x goes down or whatever → t.me/+vftUNl5ta-U4N… moving forward it'll mostly be more general dr tips / media buying tricks as much as i would love to say fk it imma drop all the sauce… really not worth my time haha (and risk.) deleted old posts we start fresh

cb / risk mitigation guide: don't max mid volume (25%) use enhanced order insights to show more details to your customers statements put domain in descriptor, even put a contact page in it, have a ai chatbot for even faster responses on that page, tracking thing to put their tracking number in, faqs, etc check high risk bins against your chargeback data / alert data to know a customers risk sign up for CE 3.0 so a customers chargeback is denied on mutliple transactions (visa takes 25% instead of a full refund you would typically refund for a alert if the data is suffice) use data.census.gov to screen customers zip codes to see if they are higher risk based on renter data, income, etc take all your customers emails who've chargebacked and the ones you sent to them have ai analyze patterns and what you can improve upon in CS disable amex / discover cards otherwise enourage people not to use them as they will not use alerts I've seen amex a few times come through but idk how, discover is 0% coverage spam your contact information everywhere to your customers have automated 17track updates sending customer delivery information and remove China from it with your own WP plugin (i dont use shopify so this is what i do), also rename tracking certain unprofessional tracking updates as well, also embed updates directly into emails for customers, also have delay emails (3+ days no update) using ai to make it seem like a real person outreaching, you will have a poller checking your trackings automatically cancel higher risk subs like low income, contacted support many times, etc always check your supplier if they having shipping delays (use 17track api), many suppliers dont tell u they out of stock and shit have multiple mids on different banks use auto replies to customers based on their keywords and tell them you'll get back to them asap, and also have a offline auto reply so customers know they won't get a email till next morning, with these auto replies always have a bunch of faqs and certain keywords trigger certain auto replies, then at the bottom have a ai chatbox link for them as well use Kount schedule email replies to customers timezone don't send them a email at 3 am their timezone, they might miss it bill on saturday for subscriptions, use authorizations as well to easy void (customers can't cb a auth unless for fraud), then capture on tue use authorizations instead of auth + capture if super high aovs to confirm with customers before capturing you will also save on fees cause you can void instead of refund take all customer emails and your emails for a chargeback case have ai analyze and be biased towards you and upload each section of the chargeback case with tons of info ai provided and you'll have a much higher win rate (more to this but yeah) box photo in tracking emails use a friendly looking person for customer support pfp with your shop name in the background just some wh shiz

got a call at 2 in the morning from a merchant who was watching his entire business get refunded in real time. something went wrong with his payment gateway on Shopify, and it accidentally started refunding every single order he had. … second after second, $1,000 refunds were firing off, and there’s literally no cancel button. once you press select all and refund on Shopify, you can't turn it off. whether you log out, whether you pause your store, those refunds are going to keep processing once that API request is initiated. so he calls us in a full panic, asking if we did something on our end… checked everything… nobody had been active on his campaign for hours. his Shopify dashboard is showing “$500k in refunds” processing, all of those customers are getting emails saying they got refunded, and his customer service is completely blowing up. because he was running his payments through us, we were able to get into the back end of the payment processor and block any future refunds from going out. he ended up losing close to about $20k in refunds that had already been processed before we got in… but that’s a lot better than the $500k that was on track to go out the door. most merchants don't even know this limitation exists until it's too late.

Is the long winded VSL top in? I see more and more of these type of comments on Ads I send to long form VSL's (non-americans particularly hate them). Perhaps the over the top sensationalism is ironically a disservice to itself -- it's killing trust. David Ogilvy said "The consumer is not a moron; she’s your wife." -- I personally have mixed feelings about this... Pretty sure Tate would say it's a contradictory statement LOL

screening your customers based on zip can lower lots of cbs low median income, high poverty, high renters would be careful with that customer then you'll also just see the pattern over and over and this data dont lie lol
