After a quick review, I noticed the addresses were missing
Clearly, an oversight!
“Can you update w addresses for the collateral?”
“Uh, no actually. We can’t tell you the addresses”
“Oh, uh haha ok, but we’re under NDA so”
“Doesn’t matter, we won’t tell you”
this is the kinda shit we hack our way through every day

@financeguy725 You’re not more wary of dealing with more sophisticated investors on the larger loans than unsophisticated investors on the smaller loans? How do you look at it? ( in terms of legal tactics and delays other side will use? )

If you're buying an apartment complex that looks like this, your best amenity is price. Not countertops, outdoor kitchens, dog wash stations, ev chargers, smart locks, or anything else a guru tells you. It's all bullshit you won't get paid for. Cheap rent is all that matters.
