@nurijanian This is great advice! Identifying problems from gut is kind of just intuition based on prior experience and knowledge. Main thing with being new is not always having a full grasp of the surrounding complexities of that problem. Time helps understand the best way to tackle it 🤔

Watch out for the “first 90 days” advice that goes “change nothing, observe only” You could read it as “your instincts at first are wrong” - which is not 100% true The things I saw that needed change still 100% need to change. Trust your gut, just don’t act on it so fast?

@Betraydan Binary options should always be true/false imo, but great points above around expanding themes in the future could mean it’s better to have defined options How often are you changing themes in your designs might dictate what you want. It’s easy to change later anyway 🤷‍♂️

@finnhello I was thinking the raw vaccination number, e.g. yesterday ADHB needed 1100 and now its 346, so yesterday we had +754 2nd doses. I don’t know how useful this would be once we hit 90% though - it just helps with seeing how well we’re progressing to target 😃

@staticnz Thanks! Which raw number are you referring to? We’re contemplating which info is going to be most valuable to people given we’re likely moving away from % being a super important value that the govt uses to make decisions moving forward
