@CamdenFPT @TfL Thanks we are trying to track this issue down. What version of Android are you using and what phone model?

@staticnz @TfL As stated previously, it correctly shows my location on all maps used by the app. I'm using android, and yes, I've allowed location permission otherwise how would it work ?

@TfL Is there currently a problem with the "Buses Near You" facility on the app as it says I'm "Near London" and there are no Tfl buses in this location, despite it showing I'm clearly in Camden on the map ?

@KarlLimpert @TfL 1 min is the minimum, but fair point! Difference I refer to is vs other journey planning apps which tend to plan from platform to platform.

Never understand the @TfL journey planner: If I'm starting on Royal Victoria, why does it take me 1 min to get to my starting point? And why do I care about closures not affecting my journey? Instead, could you MENTION ONCE that my usual platform is closed - *relevant info*?

@kencodynz Hi Ken, my team builds TfL Go - was your VPN configuration using a UK based server, or making it look like you're outside Europe?

Oh I’ve worked out what it was. You don’t like people using VPNs. So rather than people being careful and protecting themselves from being hacked you only want to protect yourself and let them be at risk. Bit selfish don’t you think?

@tfl Why is your app showing #elizabethline trains times 1 hour ahead. Is your attempt at an #AprilFools day joke?

@alihattersley @TfL that should work then... To investigate this further though, you'll need to contact our team as noted on that screenshot, they'll have access to the necessary tools to go deeper.

@staticnz @TfL It is a NatWest reward credit card, worked no problem last year when used in the same way. Just tried again and today it says this

@TfL how do I get a receipt for my journey from Monday where I paid with Apple Pay? I can’t see any option to select Apple Pay and it is not letting me input the last 4 digits for the contactless card

@staticnz @TfL Hi Callum, I have used all the physical card details for this. Apple details shows 4 digits so can’t use that. Absolutely no idea why it is not going through

@alihattersley @TfL Make sure you're registering using the card number for the physical card, not the number in the Apple Pay wallet details - we'll automatically find all the different versions of that card to register

@TfL When I try to add the card it comes up with this, all details inputted are correct, I have tried several times, and had it checked over to make sure the details inputted are correct

@thisisnotcaitl1 @TfL @DistrictLine Yes you can, I’ve checked by turning off all other modes and District Line is an option.

Right, so since they decided to send me a DM about this rather than reply publicly: TFL have said there is no known timeframe for the lift to the tube at Waterloo being fixed.

@InvincibleWheel Just looked at the @TfL Go App for a step-free route to Waterloo and it suggested the Bakerloo line! If you didn't know London, you'd be stuck

@TrevorGreetham @TfL Hi, my team builds the TfL Go app - useful to hear your feedback. We're looking at adding things like via stations this year, in the mean time you can use the website journey planner for this if needed.

Is anyone finding the @tfl journey finder app much worse than the old one? The results only show one option rather than the next few, which is useless for planning or if you are running late. And you can no longer specify a station to travel via. #TFLjourneyplanner

@cat_mac87 @TfL Hi, South Kensington is step-free for interchanging between District and Circle, but not for entry or exit. This symbol is used on the step-free map in TfL Go to represent that interchanging is available step-free.

@TfL is South Kensington step free? Slightly confused as it still appears on the TFL app when I touch the wheelchair icon (top right) but then there is no wheelchair symbol on the station map! I need to travel there with a buggy. Thanks
