@Brendankavo @ann_duffy @cibc I did 7 hours on Monday. Was transferred 6 times. 2 days later and several more attempts and i still have no idea what's happening with the card.

48 minutes on hold to @cibc MasterCard and nothing. Had to hang up and get on with my life. Customer service, how are ya?!

Wanna know what 5 star customer service looks like? I bought a @bodyglove paddleboard last month. Discovered the paddle was defective so emailed customer service. FIVE MINUTES LATER THEY RESPONDED! A new paddle was shipped out and it all took less than 1 hour!! 5star service.

I'm so effin tired of shitty customer service. Especially by billion dollar corporations, I'm looking at you @cibc. Still waiting to hear back from someone, anyone, regarding the issue after been told that someone would be reaching out. I just want to be treated like I matter.

6.5 hours. I've now been placed on hold again, this time by a manager who didn't even tell me I was being put back on hold. @cibc 6 agents 1 @costcocanada card. Ugh. I can't handle much more. They are breaking me.

Been on hold for 4.5hrs w @cibc and spoken to 3 agents for less than 5 min each before transfer back to hold. Trying to find out why my NEW @costcocanada @Mastercard was declined at Costco today. Now going to cancel it. Bad move Costco, u should've stuck with the other guy

@Shawhelp I am incredibly disappointed with the help I am not receiving. Since switching to Shaw Mobile I have been unable to receive incoming calls for multiple days on 2 occasions. Today I was told I would have to wait 3-5 business days for any type of resolution. This sucks.
