Since he's under investigation, the case is ongoing, the Capt assured me there will be an arrest. They normally don't take the animals immediately if the people are cooperative and the animal checks out to be "ok"..it's a miracle that the dog's not seriously injured, but those bullies are very hearty thank God!

I just spoke with Captain Mark Catania. He confirmed Charges have been filed in the animal cruelty case involving Stitch and Thor
The investigation is still ongoing Captain Catania was very disturbed by the cruelty shown in the video. He also told me he is a big dog lover himself and to watch Glastonbury PD social media for further updates. Stich was bruised up, but he's ok he said. Both dogs are still at home. Let’s keep the pressure on so this case moves forward quickly and the dogs get the safety they deserve.
