My 70 short $TSLA puts are now at a 1 delta (1% chance of expiring in the money). I sold them at a 3 delta a few days ago because I had a lot of extra buying power. Picking up a quick 3k profit. Not sure about the long term viability of this strategy when you have extra buying power because your tail risk if there's a 3 standard deviation move is substantial. I mitigated that risk with a stop loss at 400%.

What do you do when you have a ton of Buying Power (BP) that you aren't using? One options to 0DTEs because it does not carry BP over to the next day. I decided to sell 70 short puts on @TSLA at a 3 delta. This will either be an easy 3k profit in a week or it will move against me and I'll close if it get's to -300%. Welcome to the casino, where we have the probability of profit on our side but are paid to take risk.
