They police just took a pic of the Lance’s phone, guys! Biggest assasination since JFK and they decided not to collect it and store it into evidence. Just trusted him and took a couple of cute pics for insta.
And now Lance has immunity.
And of course the judge ruled that the defense did not need to examine these messages for authenticity at this stage of the hearing.

I think she very well could (and probably should).
The only question is — Is it worth it?
Candace will almost certainly use it as further leverage to “prove” she’s the victim in all of this, claiming it’s vindication that she’s right, that “the truth” is being hidden, and that she’s being targeted with lawsuits for “uncovering” what others are deliberately concealing.
She’ll use it to intensify her attacks on Erika Kirk, TPUSA staff, and their supporters. Things could very well become violent again.
Candace strikes me as the kind of person who would have no problem inspiring an unstable individual to do something similar to what Tyler Robinson did. I think she’s genuinely demonic.
