Zero emission freight can only be achieved in cities by switching diesel to electric vans and also e-cargo bikes, which could replace up to 9% of van kilometres driven in central London by 2025 and up to 17% of van kilometres by 2030. Great to spot @firstmile playing their part!

@firstmile is it normal service to not collect weekly rubbish bag collections for 1 month? Multiple requests, tickets # 03700180, 03697962, 03690869. Told every time that they will be collected, they have not been collected.
