Went for a "walk" by the river this morning. Of course I just happened to have some TRD "in my pocket". That 90 minutes was the best 5 minute fishing trip I've had this year.

This is a little worm (and it is little) most people don't throw. They're missing out. It's a fantastic shakey head worm, on a 1/16-3/16 ounce head. Trick is to rig it on the seam, so the paddle tail is vertical.

Well, nuts. Ordered some 60 degree and 30 degree jig hooks. Same footprint as Mustad, excellent black nickel finish, good sharp needle points. And...the wire is heavier, and won't fit in any molds.
