Michigan is such a beautiful state, with 11,000 inland lakes. Never forget what Whitmer did to Michigan: EO2020-42. Whitmer's executive orders (notably extensions/clarifications around April 2020, such as in EO 2020-42 and related guidance) prohibited the use of motorized boats, jet skis, or similar watercraft on Michigan waters. She's an idiot.

Went to practice for a tournament next weekend. Caught a bunch of dinker bass, some white bass, and biggest fish of the day was a toothy one! PB Saugeye? Not sure what it is. 🤣 It was a blast to catch tho, had to grab the net.

My grandfather used something similar when we’d fish ice out before the season closed 20 something heads ago. He’d always give me a handful of pink, orange, chartreuse and black jig heads and a container of nightcrawlers. Would add a stinger hook with a bead and thread a piece of plastic lizard or craw on it I don’t fully remember. I just know we caught a lot of river walleyes before he passed in 2007. Thanks for sharing! Heres my favorite conditions. Cold, flood stage and the river to myself.

@pjost10 nothing crazy just the usual anise-type scent on the worm. The white is just a fluke jr.

@pjost10 usually they can't see it so they just end up getting their face too close too it and mushing it into the bottom.
